first of all, u must know the rootcauses of your stress.
is it $? is it <3? is it work?
do you feel tired, physically or mentally or emotionally?
while you need to tackle the real rootcause after u feel stronger, i suggest u to do the following to get relax depending on ur tiredness:)
physically :
maintain only ESSENTIAL activities. e.g. work (because u still need to earn a living), eat (if you still plan to live), shower (not really essential for certain ppl :p).
minimise all the extracurricular, e.g. house chores, meaningless outing with friends, sports (i know its essential for certain ppl but definitely not me :D)
try:
spa~, soak in bath tub, sleep in day n night, movie marathon in bed.
mentally:
stop thinking things that driving u crazy.
try:
read a book (all time fav:lil prince, or any book that can bring u away from your stressful reality), starbucking with blank thinking and hope for pretty girls/guys to see, meditate at ur temple/church/mosque, talk to angels around u (preferrably kids), pillow talk with ur best buddies/family, ramble whole night at strangers, movie marathon in cinema with loads of popcorns, chipster and coke :D, blogging, youtubing, fbing, iphoning/ipading.
emotionally,
stop dealing with the issue.
try:
eat more than you can (ice cream & chocolate & cupcakes & anything sweet), shop, cry, find someone to quarrel with (provided can reconcile afterwards), random call to customer service to scold ppl, punch someone and run real fast away.
another thing u should do regardless of your symptom, laugh out loud~ at everything. at ppl around u, at ur problems, at urself.
