I m not sure if this helps but I m praying hard for ppl in japan. I also switch off my phone's cellular data for temporary, so that those in japan can have slightly better connection in getting the latest info.
Can't avoid msn n yahoo talk n office communications n reading news but I will avoid whatsapp, fb, utube n blogging.
