I love it as it represents a new start. i love it because everyone gets to spend time together. i love it because it's a time when everyone shows kindness and appreciations to each other.
i made myself doing something different from the past years. i did minimum activities trying to spend the maximum time i have with family before i left for kl and subsequently krabi.
i didnt go to any market before new year, i didnt attend the gathering with primary school teacher & friends which i had been doing for the past xx years. i stayed home, i entertained relatives. i also did my property scouting.
To make sure i settle my stuffs before i continued my prolonged holiday in krabi, i worked during cny. To make sure i can be as fit as possible for my diving course, i didnt have feast during cny to manage my cough and flu. To make sure i got less to worry, i read the open water diving manual during cny.
Its a cny i spent differently partially due to my intention to break my own rules. i dont want to do the same thing again and again for the sake of sticking to my own traditions. i want change and i want myself to realise what are the core in my life :D
