since my visit to the Tambun Crab claypot rice last tuesday, the nibong tebal curry prawns had been haunting me days and nights.
although after many discussions with friends and family on the arrangements to go together, ended up only me and ed still wanted to go (or only me and ed was forced to :p).
without our breakfasts, we left ed's house in saturday afternoon. as i was not comfortable to explore nibong tebal with his TT, we went home and changed my car. with my vague memory, directions i got from net and his GPS, it was already 2.30pm by the time we reached the place.
and know WHAT? the shop was not opened that day due to the malay open house next door @*#& again, solely based on my vague memory, i brought ed to the nibong tebal town to eat the laksa and cendol (a place i patronised 10 years ago)as our brunch-tea at 3pm.
am i a person who easily giving up? of course not! searched the shop number in the internet, called the shop to check and book, wahahaha, we went again today!!
oh yes, we had the curry big prawns and three-flavor fish with bread. What else can i say? its superb and cheap! :D
i asked ed, were the dishes worth all the hassles and drives? yes, he answered. but it will be better if we only come today, he whispered.
am thinking of which place to go next. sg kop perhaps? but i m not so fish-person, any recommendation on other seafood? oh ya, forgot to pick a time to try penang hard rock :p
btw, i went to nibong tebal trice this week. YH, happy? hehe..

Walau eh, how shall i response? (you go there but i was not there to eat also :P )Seriously I never tried the food you mentioned before eventhough I'm Nibong Tebal punya penduduk, chia lat loh~~~
chia "prawn" better la.. lol..
any other good food there? i heard got one home cook laksa one ler..
