Am i on my way to high blood pressure?
i checked my BP earlier tonight, it's 122/85! Not satisfied, i checked again 2 hours later and it's 117/74. :s i know the standard is around 120/80 but my BP had been always around 100/60 for many years until last year it started to hike. though i saw it came to around 110/70 once this year, i supposed i was just too tired that time.
i hope now again i am just too stressed and tired. will get some rest for few more days and measure again next week..
in the mean time, i shall learn not to get angry and upset so easily and frequent.
all bad things bad persons bad influences please go away... and my BP please dont go up again.
